Great service station

I could not be happier with the services provided. On any occasion that I had a mechanical issue, the staff was up front and honest with what needed to be done to my vehicle. There were never extra charges or repairs that were not needed. They always communicated efficiently and never let me wonder about their findings. They have always made necessary repairs fast. Out of a possible 10 stars, I give them a 14.

The people working at Shell are always polite and helpful. I feel like I am getting honest answers on the service needed for the car. The prices are in line with other providers.

Great experience, very accommodating, extremely cordial and courteous. Did a great job and informed me of a service the dealership did not and could have resulted in a very expensive repair. They were cheaper than any service of the same I have had done on my truck, and they didn’t leave oil smears or hand prints on my front quarter panel like a local automotive repair shop did. Courthouse Shell provides a convenient way to leave your car for service. They inspected the car for an issue reported by another service center and found no issues. Their estimate to conduct the repair was by far the best price of three car repair shops. However, the repair was not needed.
