Went in without an appointment because my rear brake light was out. I was worked in and the brake light was fixed within 10 minutes. The next day my turn signal is not working. I went back without an appointment. Told them what the problem wasAnd again I was worked in and they corrected the problem very shortly. Great people to deal with! They stand behind their work.

My experience with them was great. I had taken my Ford Escape to a mechanic in Chesapeake, the day before and he told I should drive my truck into a wall, collect the insurance money and buy something else bc Ford Escape is one of the worst models Ford made. Took it to Courthouse Shell, they fixed my minor problems and my vehicle is driving better than it ever has before. Thank you guys giving me back my faith to NOT drive my truck into a wall.
